Solid Souls Shipping Policy

Classic Soul Essence: Ships within 1 week of receiving your photos and payment.

Classic Soul and Legacy Soul: Ship within 1–2 weeks.

Monuments: Requires 2–3 weeks due to its larger scale. 

For urgent timelines, we may be able to accommodate rush production upon request.

Tracking & Updates
Once your Solid Soul has departed our studio, you will receive a personal shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Care in Transit
All shipments are fully insured and securely packaged to arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event of damage during transit, notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will immediately arrange a resolution.

Delays & Responsibility
While carrier delays are beyond our control, our team will personally assist in tracking, filing claims, and ensuring you are supported until your Solid Soul is safely in your hands.
