At Solid Souls, your happiness is our priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your Solid Soul, please contact us at support@solidsoulsstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will do our best to address any concerns or issues you may have. Because our memorials are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns.
Damages & Issues
We want every Solid Soul to arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued in the case of items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Once your return request is approved and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Change Policy
If you wish to make changes to your order, please email us at your earliest convenience within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes beyond this time frame.
